We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager who understands that modern growth is about influence, intent, and account-based orchestration. As the North American lead for Performance Marketing, you will own the strategy for how we capture and create demand in our most critical market.
Job Responsibility:
Architect the ABM Engine for Staffbase in North America
Own the NA Growth Marketing Strategy
Master Complex Attribution
Optimize the Full Stack across Paid Search (Google), Display (6sense), and Paid Social (LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta)
Cross-Functional Leadership between Global Digital Team and Regional Sales/Marketing
Modernize Performance Measurement through account-level engagement, pipeline influence, and multi-touch attribution models
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, specifically within B2B SaaS or high-growth AI environments
Deeply familiar with the 6sense (or similar) ecosystem
Ability to navigate a Salesforce report or a pivot table with ease
A Systems Thinker looking at Pipeline Velocity, Account Penetration, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) vs. LTV
