Glide is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing & GTM Lead who thrives in self-directed, high-speed, high-impact environments. This is not a role for someone who wants to delegate and oversee. This is for a hands-on growth expert who can execute tactically while thinking strategically. You'll be instrumental in driving Glide's next phase of growth. As an early-stage startup, we’re looking for candidates with broad skill sets. This is why we’ve merged the Growth Marketing and GTM functions into one role; but to be clear, the expectation is 80% growth marketing, and 20% go-to-market.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute growth marketing strategies across channels
Own growth metrics and be accountable for user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue
Test new growth hypotheses by designing and deploying experiments
Launch and manage performance marketing campaigns (PPC, social media, newsletters, etc.)
Build and optimize go-to-market playbook for new products, features, and launches
Grow conversion from free to paid with our PLG user base
Launch and manage multi-channel campaigns
Create and optimize landing pages, email sequences, and conversion funnels
Develop compelling messaging and positioning for business audiences
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track and report on growth KPIs
Analyze user behavior, funnel metrics, and campaign performance to identify opportunities
Use data to make informed decisions about budget allocation and channel prioritization
Requirements:
5+ years in growth marketing or GTM roles, with at least 3 years in B2B SaaS
Proven track record of driving growth at early to mid-stage startups (Series A-C)
Execution skills: You can write copy, build campaigns, analyze data, and optimize funnels yourself
Expertise across paid advertising, SEO/AEO/GEO, email, automation, analytics, social, etc.
Strong analytical abilities. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Hex, etc.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (we use HubSpot)
Comfortable working with AI and exploring how it can enhance marketing effectiveness
Basic understanding of web technologies and ability to work with technical teams
Nice to have:
Experience marketing technical products to business (aka non-technical) audiences
Experience using no-code tools (ideally Glide), or working for no-code software companies
Comfortable navigating tools like GitHub, ClickUp, Figma, Pitch, and others
