Job Description

This role sits within the training team, a specialist function within the business that provides a range of courses and educational services covering over 250 digital marketing topics, including social media, search, cloud and AI. You will be selling to customers globally, courses range from a single day up to extensive AI transformation programs spanning many months. The Senior Growth Manager owns high-quality, timely responses to customer enquiries, using strong digital knowledge to match needs to our products and services. The role involves creating proposals, leading customer calls, and working cross-team to close sales with confidence. You will also be working on key partnerships and be responsible for growing business with our existing customers.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and manage inbound customer enquiries end-to-end
  • Use strong digital and commercial understanding to diagnose customer needs and position relevant products
  • Lead consultative sales conversations with senior stakeholders
  • Develop tailored, commercially compelling proposals
  • Work closely with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to align solutions
  • Own the sales pipeline through to close, forecasting accurately
