We are looking for an experienced and visionary Growth Manager to lead our growth and marketing strategies across global B2B markets. This role requires strong leadership, an innovative mindset, and a data–driven approach to deliver measurable business results. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to scale Tmob’s SaaS and PaaS solutions through strategic partnerships and impactful digital campaigns.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute growth strategies for global B2B markets
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve growth targets
Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Build and strengthen business partnerships to support long-term growth
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align objectives
Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various business areas
Analyze performance data, market trends, and customer insights to identify new opportunities
Drive effective and innovative digital campaign strategies to maximize ROI
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of team management experience
Proven experience in the global B2B market
Excellent level of written and spoken English is a must
Strong background in SaaS and PaaS product marketing and business partnership processes
Experience in digital marketing projects and performance optimization
Demonstrated ability to lead effective and innovative digital campaigns
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Skilled in managing multiple projects across diverse business areas
Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable growth and creative problem-solving
