As a Senior Growth Lead, you will own candidate pipeline performance end-to-end for some of Mercor’s most important initiatives. You’ll operate with significantly autonomy and lead a pod of Associates, making judgment calls on prioritization, channel strategy, and execution. This role is ideal for someone who has mastered the fundamentals of sales and outbound work and is ready to drive outcomes. You will still be hands-on, but you’ll also shape strategy, improve systems, and help raise the bar for the broader team.
Job Responsibility:
Own Expert Sourcing Pods: Lead expert sourcing for a defined set of projects, owning outcomes across quality, speed, and throughput
Manage Capacity & Throughput: Plan and balance your own workload and the capacity of Growth Associates to consistently meet demand
Scale & Optimize Sourcing Channels: Evaluate, experiment with, and scale sourcing channels to maximize yield and efficiency
Build & Maintain Expert Relationships: Develop durable relationships with high-performing experts to drive repeat engagement
