Job Description:

Apollo.io is looking for a Growth Engineer to join our team and accelerate our product’s growth through rapid experimentation, data analysis, and scalable technical solutions. You’ll work at the intersection of engineering, product, and marketing to optimize funnels, automate growth loops, and implement features that drive measurable impact.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute engineering strategies that enable rapid experimentation and data-driven decision-making
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering teams to optimize key growth metrics
Architect and build scalable systems that support growth initiatives, such as onboarding flows, personalization engines, and viral loops
Implement A/B testing frameworks and data instrumentation to ensure accurate tracking and measurement of experiments
Leverage automation and machine learning to optimize user engagement, reduce churn, and personalize user experiences
Ensure technical excellence through best practices in performance optimization, security, and scalability

Requirements:

Proficiency in full-stack development (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Python, RoRm or Node.js) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
Experience with analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) and A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, Amplitude, Segment, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics)
Familiarity with growth frameworks (e.g., Pirate Metrics, viral loops)
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Obsession with metrics (LTV, CAC, retention) and rapid iteration
Comfort with ambiguity and bias toward action

Nice to have:

Familiarity with AI or LLM tools
Experience with growth at a startup or scaling product
Knowledge of SEO, CRM tools (Braze, HubSpot), or marketing automation
