As the Senior Growth Engagement Manager, you’ll shape how Robinhood connects with and retains institutional crypto customers! You’ll own engagement strategy across the lifecycle — from onboarding through long-term retention — leveraging segmentation, personalization, and experimentation to deliver measurable growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners across product marketing, product, commercial teams, events, data science, creative, legal, and compliance to build automated journeys, test-and-learn programs, and performance reporting that strengthen customer relationships and accelerate growth in a highly regulated and fast-moving environment.
Job Responsibility:
Own lifecycle strategy for institutional engagement, prioritizing opportunities across onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention
Define and execute automated and triggered contact strategies to support engagement goals
Build lifecycle campaigns aligned with key customer moments, in collaboration with cross-functional partners
Use segmentation and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing) to optimize creative, targeting, and messaging
Establish performance reporting to measure impact and guide roadmap planning
Operate lifecycle tools and data systems to deliver personalized, compliant communications at scale
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in lifecycle, growth engagement, or marketing automation in tech or regulated environments
Proven ability to build segmentation and automated journeys using marketing automation platforms
Strong experimentation mindset, with skills in hypothesis development, testing, and iteration
Analytical fluency with tools like SQL and comfort collaborating with data science
Cross-functional leadership skills to align with marketing, product, commercial, events, creative, and legal teams
Excellent communicator with the ability to translate complex ideas into customer-facing messaging
Agility in learning new product domains and operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments
