The Growth Copywriter will be a core member of the Creative team, focused on developing high-performing copy for the Growth Marketing team. This role requires a blend of creative storytelling and data-driven optimization. You will work across CRM, performance marketing, paid media, and other channels, ensuring all copy aligns with Ledger's brand voice while driving measurable results. Collaboration with the CRM designer and marketing team is crucial to creating effective campaigns.

Job Responsibility:

  • Write compelling and effective copy for various marketing channels, including email, ads, drip campaigns and performance marketing
  • Adapt copy for performance marketing campaigns, focusing on driving user acquisition and engagement
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing materials
  • Analyze campaign metrics and use data to optimize copy for better performance
  • Collaborate with the CRM designer to create engaging visual and textual content
  • Conduct A/B testing and iterate on copy based on results
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in growth copywriting
  • Understand and apply user segmentation strategies to tailor copy for different audiences
  • Work closely with the Growth Marketing team to align copy with campaign objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a copywriter within tech, crypto, or web3, preferably in a growth marketing or performance marketing role
