Job Description

As Senior Growth & Content Manager, you will own and drive Hapana’s end-to-end demand narrative across content, campaigns, and GTM execution. This is a strategic and hands-on role, in a fast paced and focused on execution team, responsible for translating business priorities into integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline generation across acquisition and expansion. You will act as the central coordination layer across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, ensuring content, lifecycle, and paid execution are aligned under a unified demand engine and credible narrative. This role moves beyond traditional SEO and content ownership into full demand ownership, where success is measured by pipeline impact.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the end-to-end demand narrative across content, campaigns, and GTM execution
  • Own the global editorial strategy, content narrative and calendar across all channels (web, social media, campaigns, lifecycle), ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and funnel stages
  • Translate GTM priorities into integrated, multi-channel campaigns aligned to pipeline goals
  • Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to align on ICP, pipeline priorities, and expansion opportunities
  • Drive content that supports awareness, acquisition, and expansion, aligned to pipeline impact
  • Align organic, paid, and lifecycle into one cohesive and integrated marketing demand engine

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in growth, content, or demand generation within a B2B SaaS or product-led environment
  • Owned and driven pipeline through content and campaigns
  • Understand how marketing supports GTM strategy, acquisition, and expansion
  • Built and owned content strategies and editorial roadmaps aligned to business goals
  • Comfortable working across multiple channels, including content, lifecycle, and paid (in collaboration with agencies)
  • Experience improving website performance, UX, and conversion rates (experience with Webflow or website development is a plus, as you will be working with a web developer)
  • Worked with freelancers or external vendors and can manage execution effectively
  • Stay curious about evolving search behaviour, including AI and LLM-driven discovery, and adapt accordingly
  • Collaborate easily across teams and proactively engage stakeholders to drive alignment and move initiatives forward
  • Take ownership and move work forward in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment while remaining adaptable and team-oriented
