Senior Greenskeeper

• Perform daily course set-up functions
• Maintain turf
• Maintain bunker areas
• Haul materials and remove debris
• Mow grass
• Trim and edge grass
• Operate chainsaw
• Install new flowers, bulbs, grass, trees, and shrubs
• Install, maintain, and operate irrigation systems
• Operate tractors, trucks, or utility vehicles
• Monitor property grounds
• Serve as a role model
• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
• Report defective equipment, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
• Complete safety training and certifications
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
• Protect company assets
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
• Support team to reach common goals
• Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines
• Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
• Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight
• Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
• Reach overhead and below the knees
• Removal of snow and maintenance of ice management
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• At least 2 years of related work experience
