We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into compelling visual experiences across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong conceptual thinking with exceptional design execution, along with the ability to leverage AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity, accelerate workflows, and generate innovative visual concepts. You will ensure all creative outputs align with business goals and brand identity. In this role, you will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to develop high-impact creative assets that elevate brand presence, engage audiences, and support key marketing and business objectives, while effectively incorporating AI-assisted design processes where appropriate.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of high-quality visual content across digital, print, and social media platforms
Create compelling marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, social media creatives, banners, advertisements, emailers, and other brand assets
Ensure consistent application and continuous evolution of brand guidelines across all internal and external communications
Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns aligned with marketing objectives, brand strategy, and business goals
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, content, and other cross-functional teams to deliver impactful and effective visual solutions
Review, evaluate, and optimize existing design assets to enhance visual appeal, engagement, and performance
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high design standards
Stay up to date with design trends, emerging tools, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve creative output
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative strategy discussions to support campaigns and brand initiatives
Requirements:
7+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment
Strong portfolio showcasing creative, high-quality design work across digital and print platforms
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CorelDRAW
Conversant in using AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to create, enhance, and refine visual designs
Ability to write effective prompts and refine AI-generated images using Photoshop or Illustrator
Use AI to improve design workflow efficiency, generate creative variations, and support faster content production
Solid understanding of social media design formats and platform requirements, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Strong knowledge of typography, visual hierarchy, color theory, layout principles, and branding systems
Hands-on experience designing for digital channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements
Experience working on digital marketing creatives, social media campaigns, and performance marketing assets
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
Strong attention to detail with a highly creative mindset and problem-solving ability
Nice to have:
Motion graphics and video editing skills using tools such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
Experience contributing to brand strategy, visual identity systems, and integrated marketing campaigns
