We're seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join a large, award-winning in-house creative agency within a global leader in the biopharmaceutical industry. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team of 45+ creatives and strategic thinkers supporting enterprise-wide communications across Corporate, R&D, and Commercial functions. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact, highly visible projects across 30+ brands in 80+ countries, collaborating closely with creative leadership, writers, motion artists, account teams, and external partners. Job Responsibility:
Design and produce digital, print, and video assets for campaigns, promotional programs, internal communications, and meetings/events
Collaborate with Creative Directors, Writers, Account Teams, Designers, and external vendors to bring concepts to life while adhering to corporate and product brand standards
Partner with Traffic and Account teams to clarify project scope, timelines, and priorities
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations
Communicate proactively on project status, risks, and next steps
Anticipate creative needs and contribute innovative design solutions
Track time daily and meet established utilization targets
Stay current on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies across print, digital, typography, illustration, animation, and motion
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or related field
5-7 years of professional graphic design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
Strong online portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution across media
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel
Strong typography skills and understanding of print and digital production
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and comfort presenting and discussing work
Nice to have:
Experience working in regulated industries (pharma, biotech, healthcare)
Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Experience with data visualization, motion graphics, or video
