Our company is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer/Marketing Director with strong experience in the real estate sector for an onsite, 40-hour-per-week contract assignment. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and producing a high volume of creative pitches—averaging 2–3 per week—and providing marketing direction for key real estate initiatives. The assignment is expected to last approximately 12 weeks.
Job Responsibility:
Drive concept development, design, and delivery for frequent pitch presentations and marketing collateral tailored to real estate clients
Collaborate closely with internal teams to rapidly create and iterate on innovative visual and marketing solutions
Ensure all creative output meets high-quality standards and aligns with industry best practices
Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to meet weekly pitch deadlines
Provide strategic input to marketing campaigns and contribute to the overall creative direction of the team
Requirements:
Proven experience as a senior graphic designer and/or marketing director, specifically within the real estate market
Exceptional creativity and ability to generate original concepts quickly and effectively
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Must be able to work onsite for the duration of the contract (40 hours/week)
