We’re partnering with a leading full-service integrated communications and events agency in London to find a talented Midweight or Senior Designer to join their growing creative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of clients spanning Finance, Sport, Retail, Tech, and more – delivering bold, high-impact campaigns across events, experiential, and integrated channels. Experience within an events or experiential agency is essential for this role.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver standout creative work
Take concepts from initial idea through to final execution across print and digital
Lead your own projects while supporting wider campaign work
Attend client meetings and help translate brand strategies into compelling creative
Design across a wide range of formats, including large-scale event and activation assets
Own the full design process—from ideation through to final artwork
Contribute to creative direction and support art direction where needed
Requirements:
Proven experience at Midweight or Senior level within a creative/agency environment
Strong background in events, experiential, or activation design
A genuinely creative thinker with a portfolio spanning brand, digital, content, and print
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Confident presenting and pitching ideas internally and to clients
Proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
Excellent working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
Nice to have:
Experience with social content and motion/animation is a strong bonus
