Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer with a strong focus on final artwork preparation to join our creative team. This role requires not only exceptional design skills but also a deep understanding of production processes, particularly in Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead projects from conceptualization through to the final execution, ensuring every design is not only visually compelling but also technically flawless and ready for production. You will work closely with our creative, media buying, and account teams, taking ownership of your projects and ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conceptualize and design engaging visuals across a variety of media, with a strong emphasis on OOH formats such as billboards, digital displays, and large-format prints
  • Translate creative concepts into production-ready assets, ensuring all designs meet technical specifications, including resolution, color profiles, and print formats
  • Oversee the end-to-end design process, from initial brief to final delivery, including quality control and pre-press preparation
  • Work closely with internal teams and external production vendors to troubleshoot challenges and develop cost-effective solutions
  • Ensure all artwork complies with brand guidelines, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and consistency in all deliverables
  • Contribute ideas to optimize design and production processes, improving efficiency while maintaining creative excellence

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years in a Graphic Designer role, preferably within a creative studio or advertising agency, with demonstrable experience in final artwork preparation
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Familiarity with Lightroom, Camera Raw, Capture One or pre-press software is a plus
  • Strong typographic skills, a keen eye for visual balance, and a solid foundation in design principles
  • Deep understanding of printing processes, including image resolution, color management, and file preparation for OOH formats
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities and delivering under tight deadlines
  • Confident in collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, clearly communicating technical requirements
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • Must be based in Madrid and available for occasional in-office work

Nice to have:

  • Proactive Problem Solver: Able to anticipate challenges and develop practical solutions independently
  • Hands-on Approach: Willing to handle every step of the process, from creative ideation to final artwork delivery, particularly for complex OOH projects
  • Strategic Thinker: Understands how design impacts production, contributing to both creative discussions and technical problem-solving
What we offer:
  • Attractive compensation package
  • 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences
  • Health insurance
  • Flexible remuneration with a 100% tax exemption through Cobee
  • English and Spanish lessons
  • Gympass membership
  • Possibility to receive in advance part of your salary by Payflow
  • Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader
  • Work in a location in the heart of Madrid, with possible travel across our markets
  • Responsibility from day one and professional and personal growth
  • Great work environment with a young, international team of talented people
  • We have free food, drink, and fruit at the office
  • Home office-friendly
