Job Description:

The Senior Grants Officer is accountable to the Senior Grants Management Advisor for assisting in the achievement of the objectives and outcomes of the Multicultural Affairs business unit; contributing to the operation and implementation of the Multicultural Grants program.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assisting in the achievement of the objectives and outcomes of the Multicultural Affairs business unit
  • Contributing to the operation and implementation of the Multicultural Grants program.

Requirements:

  • Follow required legislation, policies and procedures regarding the administration of grant programs
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of all the functions relating to the grants programs
  • Contribute to the effective monitoring and evaluation of the funded projects
  • Development of reports and analysis of relevant data
  • Represent Multicultural Affairs at public events and provide presentations and speeches, conduct application workshops and promotions
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders
  • Interact respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
