Senior Governance Lead - Strategic Ledger Program

• Design, implement, and maintain a robust, adaptable governance framework tailored to the evolving needs of the Strategic Ledger Initiative
• Ensure the initiative anticipates and addresses the requirements of a global regulatory landscape
• Guarantee the initiative adheres to all relevant firm policies, standards, and industry best practices
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks associated with the Strategic Ledger Initiative
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization
• Facilitate and respond to internal and external audits
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of the governance framework
• Oversee and manage relationships with external consultants and vendors
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the governance team
• Proactively identify and resolve governance-related issues
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of governance processes, decisions, and key artifacts

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master's degree or relevant professional certifications are highly preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in governance, risk, and compliance roles
• Significant portion dedicated to managing complex technology programs, preferably with a ledger background
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, build consensus, influence stakeholders, and drive accountability for results
• Strong understanding of business and technology program management methodologies, including requirements management, software development lifecycles, and IT governance frameworks (e.g.ITIL)
• Familiarity with the existing ledger SAAS offerings, particularly Oracle, is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including active listening, diplomacy, and conflict resolution
• Deep understanding of risk management principles and practices
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements pertaining to financial services and emerging technologies

Familiarity with the existing ledger SAAS offerings, particularly Oracle
