The position is part of the Active Journey Alliance, which has the mission to maximize retention of active customers. Active Journey Alliance helps customers to create habits with our products, manage their subscription, order the products they love and provide help in the face of errors. Our Backend Engineers assume development and operational responsibility for the client’s platform that serves millions globally to deliver the best experience for our customers and internal users.
