5+ years of backend engineering experience, with a strong focus on Go
Prior exposure to crypto, fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure is highly preferred
Experience working in consulting, staff augmentation, or cross-team delivery models is a plus

Job Responsibility

Design, implement, and maintain high-availability backend services using Go (Golang)
Build and evolve crypto-native systems, including wallets, custody services, transaction pipelines, and blockchain integrations
Develop secure APIs and internal services that handle sensitive financial and cryptographic operations
Collaborate with product and architecture teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
Optimize systems for performance, reliability, and fault tolerance in distributed environments
Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and production incident resolution
Ensure compliance with security, auditability, and regulatory requirements typical of financial and crypto platforms
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployment strategies
Act as a technical advisor within the engagement, supporting best practices and engineering excellence
