As a Senior Go-to-Market Operations Manager, you will lead high-impact strategic projects aimed at optimizing how we bring our products to market. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Data teams to improve GTM processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive execution excellence at scale. You will act as a partner to senior stakeholders, combining strong analytical capabilities with hands-on execution to turn insights into action.
Job Responsibility:
Lead strategic, cross-functional projects focused on improving Go-to-Market processes (e.g. lead-to-sale, onboarding, activation, expansion)
Analyze end-to-end GTM performance to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
Build strong quantitative and qualitative business cases to prioritize initiatives and support decision-making
Define project scope, milestones, KPIs, and success metrics, ensuring disciplined execution and follow-up
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Data teams to design, test, and implement process improvements
Design, document, and optimize Go-to-Market processes and workflows, working hands-on with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) to improve things such as lead management, pipeline efficiency, handovers, and scalability across teams
Own data requirements for your projects, and build or prototype dashboards and analyses yourself when needed, working with tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, BI platforms, and SQL to ensure fast, reliable insights and decision-making
Track and report on project outcomes, proactively problem-solve, and iterate to achieve objectives
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Project Management, Strategic Operations, Consulting, or similar roles
Strong experience working on Go-to-Market, commercial, or revenue-related processes
Strong experience working with CRM and commercial systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
Highly proficient in data analysis, with strong hands-on skills in Excel / Google Sheets (complex formulas, models, scenario analysis) and the ability to work with BI tools and SQL to explore data and build actionable dashboards
Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and driving structure where needed
Combine strategic thinking with a hands-on execution mindset
Excellent stakeholder management skills and can influence without direct authority
Communicate clearly and effectively in English (written and spoken)
Strong reporting, storytelling, and presentation skills
Nice to have:
Academic background in engineering, economics, business administration, or similar
Background in management consulting, strategy, or operations
Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or high-growth tech environments
Strong entrepreneurial mindset and solution-oriented approach
Hands-on experience building dashboards or analytical models using tools such as Looker, Superset, SQL, or similar analytics platforms
