This role supports B2B sales performance optimization and analysis across European and North American markets. Responsibilities include driving improvement initiatives, benchmarking sales teams, analyzing sales trends, and providing actionable insights to improve outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support with relevant reporting frameworks to support commercial initiatives & process improvements
  • Lead a team of 4-5 people from analyst to manager level
  • Benchmark sales and commercial performance results across BUs, identify value drivers in term pipeline management and customer value optimization to leverage learnings across business units
  • Support decision making in relation to resource planning and resource allocation through data modelling
  • Perform in-depth analysis of sales trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth
  • Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making for senior management and sales leaders
  • Work closely with sales teams, finance, marketing, and other key stakeholders to align on goals and priorities
  • Present findings, recommendations, and forecasts to management in a clear and compelling manner
  • Identify gaps in current sales processes and performance management systems and propose improvements

Requirements:

  • BSc or MSc in relevant degree (Finance, business administration, economics, sales or marketing)
  • 10+ year experience of B2B sales process and usage of CRM systems eg. Salesforce & Power BI
  • 3+ year experience of people leadership
  • Strong experience in developing models that translates data into concreate advice
  • Excellent analytical skills and track record of problem solving and ability to identify & interpret key trends, and develop recommendations for corrective actions
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau, MS Excel or other
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills - ability to simplify complex content to easy understandable messages for relevant stakeholders (tech specialists and senior stakeholders)
