Senior Global Procurement Specialist

Job Responsibility

  • Support the Global Procurement Director across international regions
  • Help Internal Clients to deliver local, regional and global sourcing projects
  • Driving cost efficiencies
  • Sourcing best quality materials
  • Evaluation of suppliers and their production and sales capacities
  • Building strategic supplier relationships
  • Ensuring ordering and timely delivery of materials
  • Review of existing contracts & price negotiations
  • Predicting costs, availability and suitability of materials
  • Solving problems with suppliers
  • Overseeing P2P processes and procedures to ensure commitments are cleared
  • Preparing required reports and analysis

Requirements

  • CIPS Qualified or working towards it
  • Experience in data network procurement and strategic procurement management
  • High level of energy, enthusiasm and professionalism with a "can do"-attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good Microsoft skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent skills in building new business relationship
  • P2P experience.
