The Enterprise Partner Solutions (EPS) organization sits at the center of Microsoft’s mission to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As Senior Global Partner Marketing Manager, Global System Integrators (GSIs), you will be accountable for a portfolio of global system integrators and lead our global go-to-market and joint marketing investments, plans, and execution with responsibility for marketing-influenced pipeline and co-sell opportunities, working across our global and regional sales and marketing teams. This role is responsible for helping grow Microsoft and partner revenue through planning, executing, and landing impactful GTM initiatives for services and solutions built on the Microsoft Cloud to drive AI-led business transformation. You will develop and land comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives and target markets, leveraging best practices, tools, and resources from Microsoft and through-partner. This includes defining the marketing strategy, campaign development and measurement, solution launch plans, “better together” messaging, demand generation initiatives, pipeline acceleration activities, joint Public Relations, and event marketing. You will ensure effective execution of partner marketing plans, maximizing the usage of investments, providing insights and adjusting the execution plan to target business goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will also build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for partners that will grow your marketing skills, business acumen, and industry knowledge, while contributing to the success of your team and Microsoft. In this role, you will be a marketing leader with proven capability for building and landing successful go-to-market initiatives with business partners at global scale while navigating executive stakeholders and understanding strategy, product, sales, business development, and marketing functions.
