Job Description:

Senior Global Mobility Specialist role managing relocation and assignment processes for employees working internationally within a multinational tech platform for culture and live entertainment.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate the end-to-end relocation process for employees moving to international locations
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees throughout the relocation or assignment process
Provide guidance and support on payroll and compensation related matters for international moves
Ensure adherence to immigration laws and regulations for international assignments
Establish and maintain relationships with external providers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee mobility data
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update global mobility policies
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience

Requirements:

+5 years as a Global Mobility Specialist or in a similar role, preferably within a multinational organization
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field
Strong knowledge of global mobility practices, immigration laws, tax regulations, and international assignment policies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
English level C1 or higher
Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented and well-versed in compliance matters

Nice to have:

Master's degree
Proficiency in any other language
