Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end relocation process for employees moving to international locations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees throughout the relocation or assignment process. Proactively address queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide guidance and support on payroll and compensation related matters for Managers looking for employees internationally or moving employees to international locations
  • Ensure adherence to immigration laws and regulations for international assignments
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external providers, such as, immigration lawyers and tax consultants, to ensure high-quality service delivery and cost-effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee mobility data. Generate reports and analyze trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update global mobility policies, aligning them with company objectives, local regulations, and industry best practices
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance the employee experience, and optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the global mobility function

Requirements:

  • +5 years as a Global Mobility Specialist or in a similar role, preferably within a multinational organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of global mobility practices, immigration laws, tax regulations, and international assignment policies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and across cultures
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • English level → C1 or higher
  • proficiency in any other language is a valuable asset
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented and well-versed in compliance matters
