Job Responsibility:
Coordinate the end-to-end relocation process for employees moving to international locations
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees throughout the relocation or assignment process. Proactively address queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner
Provide guidance and support on payroll and compensation related matters for Managers looking for employees internationally or moving employees to international locations
Ensure adherence to immigration laws and regulations for international assignments
Establish and maintain relationships with external providers, such as, immigration lawyers and tax consultants, to ensure high-quality service delivery and cost-effective solutions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee mobility data. Generate reports and analyze trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update global mobility policies, aligning them with company objectives, local regulations, and industry best practices
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance the employee experience, and optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the global mobility function
Requirements:
+5 years as a Global Mobility Specialist or in a similar role, preferably within a multinational organization
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
Strong knowledge of global mobility practices, immigration laws, tax regulations, and international assignment policies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and across cultures
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
English level → C1 or higher
proficiency in any other language is a valuable asset
Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented and well-versed in compliance matters
