We are seeking a senior, highly motivated Sr. Global Data Center Asset Manager to independently own and scale asset management across our global data center footprint. This is a Senior Individual Contributor role, designed for a hands-on operator with deep experience in data center logistics, hardware lifecycle management, and process design.

Requirements:
10 plus years of experience in data center asset management, logistics, and hardware lifecycle tracking
Proven experience independently owning asset management processes in large scale data center environments
Strong background in inventory management, spare tracking, asset movement, and lifecycle governance
Experience working with asset management systems and DCIM tools
Familiarity with fixed asset audits, financial reconciliation, and inventory cycle counts
Vendor management experience including performance tracking, SLA accountability, and scorecard development
Strong analytical, problem solving, and data reporting skills
Ability to work cross functionally without direct authority
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Process oriented mindset with a strong focus on automation and continuous improvement
Willingness to travel to remote data center sites approximately 10 percent
Nice to have:
Experience with rack ingestion, decommissioning, and media destruction best practices
Experience supporting globally distributed data center operations
Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Experience operating in fast growth, hardware centric environments
