Sold in more than 100 countries, LUX is a truly global brand with its main footprint in Developing & Emerging markets (India, China, Brazil, Arabia, SEA, to name just a few). Lifebuoy is world’s #1 selling germ protection soap, and the only brand rooted in Hygiene within Unilever Personal Care. Thus, our role in the category will be to continue to hold onto our leadership position in this space by ensuring we also transform with the changing consumer landscape post COVID – transforming to a Skin Protection brand – tapping into the Category Value Driver of “skin health”. Lifebuoy’s footprint is developing and emerging markets of India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Arabia, Africa, Bangladesh, Pakistan etc. Bar is the biggest platform for both brands in many markets (Brazil, Indonesia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, etc ). It plays a critical role to cement the growth of the brands, and continuous profitability improvement. It is the most accessible format of skin cleansing, but plays a vital role of beauty and care in consumers daily routine In order to grow bar steadily and healthily, we are looking for a Senior Global Brand Manager role based in Singapore. This is a global brand role where you will be leading the bar strategy and innovation roadmap for both LUX and Lifebuoy. The two brands have good synergy on key markets, technical roadmaps, and supply chain set-up, so we believe one capable senior brand manager like yourself should be able to drive the growth agenda for both brands. You’ll be reporting to the LUX global brand lead with a dotted reporting line to the Lifebuoy global brand lead. You’ll have one ABM reporting to you based out of Jakarta, Indonesia.
