The position combines GL and CAPEX responsibilities, covering end-to-end processes. Job Responsibility:
Ensure timely and accurate calculation and posting of accruals & provisions
Own end-to-end account reconciliation processes and resolve discrepancies
Lead and coordinate period-end closing activities and reporting
Deliver detailed balance sheet analysis with clear root cause insights
Manage the CAPEX accounting cycle – capitalization, disposals, impairments, depreciation, and asset movements
Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting
Ensure adherence to policies, accounting standards, tax regulations, and SOX controls
Drive process improvements, especially in ERP/SAP environment and ongoing implementations
Support onboarding and development of team members
Requirements:
5+ years of Accounting Experience, preferably in fast-moving, multinational environments, with exposure to GL and CAPEX accounting
Degree in Accounting or related field
SAP experience (preferably S/4HANA) is a strong advantage
Advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and process optimization
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
High level of accuracy, ownership, and ability to meet tight deadlines
Ability to independently identify issues and drive resolutions
Ability to support junior team members and share knowledge
