Job Description:

We’re looking for a high-agency, execution-focused Growth “Ghostbuster” to join our GTM team. This isn’t your typical Ops role. You’ll be identifying bottlenecks, shipping solutions fast, and unblocking our Growth engine wherever it stalls. If you thrive in ambiguity, love getting things done, and enjoy creating impact over perfect process, this is your playground. You’ll work across Sales, Marketing, Data, and Product to tackle the problems that slow Growth, designing solutions that are practical, scrappy, and highly effective. You’ll work directly with the Head of Growth and Marketing at Deel, and your work will directly influence how fast and efficiently our teams can hit their goals. This role is all about unlocking 10x velocity in Growth across the org.

Job Responsibility:

  • Fix and Ship: Spot bottlenecks and problems in Growth workflows and deliver pragmatic solutions quickly
  • Own Critical Workflows: Take full responsibility for key processes and deliver measurable improvements in execution, speed, or conversion
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data to unblock projects and accelerate outcomes
  • Build Scrappy Solutions: Create tools, automations, and workflows that can scale later but ship now
  • Iterate Fast: Learn from results, adapt quickly, and continuously improve the solutions you deliver

Requirements:

  • High-Agency Senior IC: Thrives in ambiguity, acts independently, and moves fast without waiting for direction
  • Proven Execution: 6+ years overall experience, including 2–4 years in a fast-moving tech or SaaS startup, with a track record of shipping work that made a tangible impact
  • Analytical & Pragmatic: Strong data skills with the ability to turn insights into action and decisions into results
  • Systems- and Data-Savvy: Comfortable working with GTM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, BI tools, low-code automations) and using data alongside systems to diagnose problems and build solutions, without needing to own the stack
  • Collaborative: Able to influence multiple teams and stakeholders without formal authority

Nice to have:

  • Have previous Growth or GTM experience
  • Enjoy designing processes that eventually scale
  • Love working in fast-moving, high-impact environments
What we offer:
  • Stock grant opportunities dependent on your role, employment status and location
  • Additional perks and benefits based on your employment status and country
  • The flexibility of remote work, including optional WeWork access
