Job Responsibility:
Be a Project Manager and Technical Lead of multi-disciplinary teams working on civil/geotechnical engineering projects in highway and railway geohazard engineering, civil and geotechnical engineering for water supply/management, power generation, and mining clients, and dam safety assignments
Build and maintain client relationships and engage in business development activities
Work in a multidisciplinary team environment that fosters career development
Travel within western and northern Canada, primarily Alberta, British Columbia, Northwest Territories, and Yukon Territory
Requirements:
Registered as a Professional Engineer in Canada
Bachelor or Masters degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
Minimum of 10 years of related experience
Strong initiative, innovation and commitment to technical excellence
Demonstrated leadership, decision-making and coaching skills
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional team spirit, interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
Strong business acumen
