Handle complex financial responsibilities, including managing portfolios valued at $1B or more
Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial real estate or luxury property management, with a preference for Class A office or residential portfolios
Proven track record as a Senior General Manager or equivalent role
Expertise in managing large-scale portfolios with substantial financial oversight
Advanced knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, lease structures, and financial reporting
Experience in overseeing new building commissioning and construction projects
Ability to perform under pressure and meet the demands of fast-paced, high-stakes environments
