Job Responsibility:
Oversee the management of a sophisticated portfolio, ensuring all operations meet high standards of quality and efficiency
Develop and execute budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for assets exceeding $1 billion in value
Manage lease structures and agreements, ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives
Lead commissioning and construction oversight for new building projects, ensuring timely and successful completion
Collaborate closely with senior executives and demanding stakeholders to align on strategy and deliver exceptional results
Provide leadership and direction to large, matrixed teams, fostering collaboration and performance excellence
Monitor financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and transparency

Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial real estate or luxury property management, with a preference for Class A office or high-rise residential portfolios
Proven track record in a Senior General Manager or equivalent leadership role
Demonstrated expertise in managing large portfolios with substantial financial responsibilities, preferably valued at over $1 billion
Advanced financial acumen, including proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, lease structures, and financial reporting
Experience with building commissioning, start-ups, and construction oversight
