In line with upcoming project launches and business growth, they are seeking a senior leader to lead the Sales & Marketing division in driving strategic direction, performance, and brand positioning, particularly across luxury and mixed-use developments.
Job Responsibility:
Leading and overseeing both internal sales personnel and external agencies to ensure strategic alignment and brand consistency
Analyzing P&L reports and preparing weekly updates on sales performance and forecasts for management
Leading special projects related to brand partnerships, hotel collaborations, and strategic marketing ventures
Overseeing the creation of high-end marketing materials and digital content that reflect the brand's premium image
Establishing and reviewing financial controls and standard operating procedures to maintain profitability and efficiency
Conducting ongoing market studies and feasibility analyses on customer trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor strategies
Upholding the brand's reputation by maintaining high service standards throughout the entire client journey
Acting as a brand ambassador at industry events, media engagements, and stakeholder collaborations
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management is required
Should have a minimum of 10–15 years of experience in property development, luxury hotel management, or high-end real estate
Proven track record of leadership, with experience managing large teams and successfully delivering high-value projects
Possess strong analytical and financial skills, as well as excellent communication and presentation abilities
High-level client and stakeholder engagement is essential for this role
