In line with upcoming project launches and business growth, they are seeking a senior leader to lead the Sales & Marketing division in driving strategic direction, performance, and brand positioning, particularly across luxury and mixed-use developments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading and overseeing both internal sales personnel and external agencies to ensure strategic alignment and brand consistency
  • Analyzing P&L reports and preparing weekly updates on sales performance and forecasts for management
  • Leading special projects related to brand partnerships, hotel collaborations, and strategic marketing ventures
  • Overseeing the creation of high-end marketing materials and digital content that reflect the brand's premium image
  • Establishing and reviewing financial controls and standard operating procedures to maintain profitability and efficiency
  • Conducting ongoing market studies and feasibility analyses on customer trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor strategies
  • Upholding the brand's reputation by maintaining high service standards throughout the entire client journey
  • Acting as a brand ambassador at industry events, media engagements, and stakeholder collaborations

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management is required
  • Should have a minimum of 10–15 years of experience in property development, luxury hotel management, or high-end real estate
  • Proven track record of leadership, with experience managing large teams and successfully delivering high-value projects
  • Possess strong analytical and financial skills, as well as excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • High-level client and stakeholder engagement is essential for this role
