We're seeking a dynamic leader with exceptional project and property management skills to partner with ownership in the development and construction of a new and exciting sports anchored mixed-use lifestyle experience in the heart of Miami, Florida, from ground-up to grand opening. This amazing project will include top of market office, hotel, retail and entertainment anchored by a world class sports and entertainment venue.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with ownership in the development and construction of a new and exciting sports anchored mixed-use lifestyle experience in the heart of Miami, Florida, from ground-up to grand opening
  • Shape the tenant and guest experience by leveraging their exceptional knowledge and service skills to support the client's vision for this transformative project

Requirements:

  • Experience with ground-up development of mixed-use class A commercial properties
  • Excel in fast-paced environments, demonstrating the ability to think on their feet and adapt quickly to changing situations
  • Possess strong leadership skills to build and motivate a high-performing team across multiple sectors including office, retail, hotel, parking, entertainment, and placemaking experiences
  • Have extensive experience in providing expert advice to clients and stakeholders throughout all project phases
  • Deliver strategic guidance and oversee all aspects of the operation, including tenant and guest satisfaction, team management, financial performance, and client relationships
  • Implement and execute business plans to maximize property tenant satisfaction and profitability
  • Demonstrate flexibility in a constantly evolving operating environment, effectively managing communication with tenants, guests, vendors, and multiple internal stakeholders
  • Command respect through exceptional personal presence and professional behavior
  • Build strong rapport with clients/owners through proactive and ongoing communication
  • Provide comprehensive analysis of property performance, incorporating tenant, financial, and employee business data
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
