Job Description:

Senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities for GenAI solutions in finance projects.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of end-to-end GenAI solutions for diverse financial applications
Process and analyze both structured and unstructured data to train and optimize GenAI models
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of AI/ML engineers
Champion and implement best practices for GenAI development
Collaborate effectively with other technical teams to integrate GenAI solutions
Utilize dynamic SQL to efficiently query and retrieve data from relational databases
Conduct continuous research and evaluation of emerging GenAI technologies
Contribute directly to the codebase and make critical technical decisions
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions

Requirements:

6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications
Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development
Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of software engineering experience with strong focus on AI/ML
Deep understanding of GenAI models and architectures
Very strong Python programming skills
Experience processing and analyzing both structured and unstructured data
Proven ability to design and implement RAG pipelines
Hands-on experience with LLMs like Llama, Gemini, and GPT-4
Proficiency in writing dynamic SQL queries
Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps tools
Strong understanding of software engineering principles

Nice to have:

Master's degree preferred
Experience with financial data and applications
Familiarity with specific GenAI applications in finance
Contributions to open-source projects related to GenAI or machine learning
