The Senior GenAI Engineer will be responsible for designing and building GenAI systems on cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP. The role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in software and machine learning engineering, with a strong focus on Python and LLMs. Candidates should have a proven track record of delivering AI solutions and mentoring junior engineers. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
Job Responsibility:
Design and build GenAI/agentic systems (chat copilots, workflow/graph agents, tool use, memory)
Implement chunking, hybrid search, vector stores, re-ranking, feedback loops, and continuous data quality/eval
Select/integrate/finetune LLMs and multimodal models
Apply prompt-engineering techniques
Work on solutions based on LLM, NLP, DL, ML, object detection/classification
Have clear understanding of CI/CD
Configure guardrails, PII redaction
Finetune LLM models
Work on solution building along with presales/customer teams
Collaborate with clients/Stakeholders from multiple Geographies
Stay informed about latest advancements in Gen AI, machine learning, and AI technologies
Requirements:
8+ years in software/ML engineering, 1.5+ years hands-on with LLMs/GenAI and agentic frameworks
Strong Python experience
Experience working on Agent orchestration with leading frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen
Strong experience working on Vector DB like Pinecone, Milvus, Redis/pgvector
Experience working on hybrid search and re-rankers
Experience on evaluation and observability
Experience working on SQL Query, NLP, CV, Deep Learning Algorithms
Working experience with Open Source Models
Bachelor's/Master's Degree or equivalent
Delivered at least 2 GenAI/Agentic AI solutions for clients
Extensive experience of minimum 6+ years on Python
