Requirements:
Clearly communicate and advocate for the game's core pillars, ensuring alignment across all teams
Proactively drive design initiatives, taking ownership of core systems and features to realize the game vision
Design and iterate on engaging gameplay mechanics, systems, and features that deliver on the game vision
Apply your expertise in premium, multi-platform game design, with a strong understanding of live service or early access models
Collaborate closely with art, engineering, and production leads, providing clear and timely communication on design progress and challenges
Provide insightful, constructive feedback on design documents and game builds, prioritizing issues for effective resolution
Effectively communicate and advocate for design solutions to peers, leadership, and stakeholders
Generate innovative game concepts and features within defined constraints (time, IP, genre)
Develop compelling game and feature pitches for both new and existing IPs, presenting to a cross-functional team
Prototype and implement gameplay features and systems using Unreal Engine tools (Blueprints, Sequencer, etc.) and our internal development pipeline
Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers, fostering their growth and contributing to the overall team skill level
