Job Description

Our client is a leading developer in the global igaming space, and we are looking for a Senior Game Artist to shape the visuals of slot games from concept to release. This on-site role is based in Estonia. You’ll join a creative team that blends art, gameplay, and player emotion to deliver engaging, intuitive experiences 🎮✨🎨. There is one vacancy. You will be a hands-on artist and active co‑creator, driving the look and feel of our slots while ensuring visuals support gameplay clarity and user enjoyment.

Job Responsibility

  • Product & Player Experience: treat each game as a complete product, design visuals that clearly communicate game mechanics, build visual flows that guide players through features, and make learning and playing emotionally engaging
  • Creative & Game Design: contribute to ideation of mechanics and themes, propose visuals that enhance clarity and impact, suggest animation ideas, and bring fresh ideas while applying studio best practices
  • Art Production: create high‑quality graphics—symbols, backgrounds, UI elements, effects—and work across styles, maintaining consistency and preparing assets for engine integration
  • Market & Trend Awareness: research trends in slot games, analyse competitors, and propose visual directions to differentiate our titles
  • Marketing & Positioning: design graphics that support store presentation and marketing materials, strengthening product visibility
  • Ownership & Collaboration: own the visual quality from concept to release, collaborate with designers, developers, animators, QA, marketing, and producers, and mentor other artists when needed
  • Design Process & Improvement: propose improvements in design and animation processes, and help streamline workflows and automation where possible

Requirements

  • A minimum of seven years in game-related design, with strong experience in slot or casual/mobile games
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Deep knowledge of UI/UX principles and how art supports gameplay
  • Ability to think systemically and work confidently across different art styles
  • Proficiency in Photoshop and practical understanding of modern AI tools for art production
  • Experience preparing assets for development integration
  • A high level of creative thinking combined with production responsibility
