Job Description

Fivetran is seeking a Contract Senior Talent Acquisition Partner specializing in G&A roles to join our team on an initial 12-month contractor basis. In this role, you’ll work closely with hiring teams to identify and hire top G&A talent while championing Fivetran’s values.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for G&A roles (primarily Finance/Accounting & Legal)
  • Partner with G&A leaders across N AMER, EMEA and APAC, providing strategic hiring guidance
  • Source and engage candidates from diverse backgrounds to support DEI initiatives
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience through efficient, data-driven hiring processes
  • Collaborate across HR, TA Operations, and hiring teams to streamline recruitment efforts

Requirements

  • 5+ years of G&A SaaS recruiting experience, including 3+ years in-house at high-growth tech companies
  • Proven success hiring for Accounting & Finance and Legal roles including senior-level positions
  • Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Passion for DEI, data-driven recruiting, and continuous improvement
  • Experience with tools like Workday, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter
