Job Description:

The FX Business Analyst/Project Manager will lead a team focused on simplifying and optimizing complex FX trade booking workflows across Citi's global operations. This role involves collaborating with various technology and business teams to implement solutions, ensure policy adherence, and drive best practices within the department.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and mentor a team of business analysts focused on categorizing FX and FX Options trade booking functionality
Collaborate with Product Management, business representatives and your technology team members to streamline and optimize FX trade booking workflows
Partner with technology teams across the bank to ensure all proposed changes are thoroughly validated before development and comprehensively tested before deployment
Work with FX Trading Technology teams to implement solutions that deliver tangible business benefits
Ensure staff adheres to Citi's documented policies and procedures, maintaining up-to-date and comprehensive documentation
Contribute to defining and implementing best practices and processes to enhance transparency and consistency across teams

Requirements:

Extensive experience in FX gained across multiple financial institutions
Proven experience with other asset classes, including FX options, Money Market (MM) instruments, and futures
Comprehensive understanding of FX trading systems and booking models
Excellent analytical skills
Demonstrated experience working directly with FX front office (Trading & Sales) and middle office/trade management teams
Experience working within Agile development teams
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale change projects
Exceptional communicator with a passion for working with people
A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships
