Job Description:

A high-end firm in Chicago is seeking a Senior Fund Analyst. Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with financial planning deliverables including budgeting and forecasting
  • Produce monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for various entities and stakeholders
  • Maintain supporting schedules and workpapers to substantiate certain accounts and transactions
  • Reconcile accounts and record accruals as needed
  • Prepare audit and tax support as needed
  • Assist with investor relations and due diligence requests
  • Execute various special projects and other duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in public accounting within audit practice focused on private investment funds/alternative asset clients
  • Advanced Excel skills and analytical reasoning skills
