Fund Administration Team Leader | 6 Month FTC | Investment Management | London (Hybrid). Job Responsibility

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Equity & Fund Administration team
  • Manage team workload and ensure timely, accurate processing of equity and fund transactions
  • Work closely with legal and investment teams to onboard, monitor, and exit investments
  • Oversee the operational review of equity and fund documentation
  • Analyse private equity fund data and update internal systems accordingly
  • Produce regular reports and insights on the equity portfolio
  • Act as a subject matter expert on equity administration across the business
  • Identify areas for improvement and help implement new systems and processes
  • Provide cover for other operations leads when needed

Requirements

  • Experience leading a team within fund accounting, portfolio administration, or investment operations
  • Strong technical knowledge of direct equity and private equity fund structures
  • Familiarity with portfolio systems, ideally eFront
