Job Description:

Fund Administration Team Leader | 6 Month FTC | Investment Management | London (Hybrid). You’ll lead a small team, manage complex workflows, collaborate with legal and investment teams, and help drive process improvements across the portfolio lifecycle. Job Responsibility:

Lead the day-to-day operations of the Equity & Fund Administration team
Manage team workload and ensure timely, accurate processing of equity and fund transactions
Work closely with legal and investment teams to onboard, monitor, and exit investments
Oversee the operational review of equity and fund documentation
Analyse private equity fund data and update internal systems accordingly
Produce regular reports and insights on the equity portfolio
Act as a subject matter expert on equity administration across the business
Identify areas for improvement and help implement new systems and processes
Provide cover for other operations leads when needed

Requirements:

Experience leading a team within fund accounting, portfolio administration, or investment operations
Strong technical knowledge of direct equity and private equity fund structures
Familiarity with portfolio systems, ideally eFront
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
A collaborative mindset and ability to engage with stakeholders across functions
Advanced Excel skills and confidence presenting data to senior audience
Impact-driven and commercially focused
