Job Responsibility

  • Manage accounting activities across multiple entities and funds
  • Maintain GL, cash, AP/AR, and intercompany balances
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close
  • Reconcile balance sheet and cash accounts
  • Partner with fund administrators and support fund activity reviews
  • Prepare financial analysis and reporting including NAV, waterfalls, and capital calls
  • Prepare financial statements and support budgeting, forecasting, tax, and audits
  • Maintain compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
  • Mentor junior staff and support ad hoc finance projects

Requirements

  • CPA or CPA in progress
  • Big 4 audit experience required
  • 3+ years of accounting experience
  • Strong financial reporting and analytical skills

  • Be responsible for the preparation/review of drawdown and distribution calculation and notices, equalisation calculations
  • Coordinate and arranging investor servicing, including investor on-boarding, capital calls, distributions as well as issuance of shareholder statements
  • Organise and participate in board meetings and shareholders' meetings
  • Review tax returns and tax balances and maintain relevant contacts with the tax authorities
  • Accurately record all time spent dealing with client matters to ensure the clients are correctly invoiced
