Senior Fund Accountant

• Manage Financial Reporting: Prepare and/or review monthly and quarterly NAV packages, including valuations, accruals, and fee calculations
• Support Fund Operations: Coordinate capital activities like subscriptions, redemptions, and capital calls. You'll also maintain investor registers, reconcile cash and positions, and prepare financial statements
• Contribute to Audits and Valuations: Manage audit and tax timelines, liaise with external auditors, and support quarterly valuation processes by preparing data and documentation
• Enhance Processes: Draft standard operating procedures and look for opportunities to automate and improve systems and controls

• 3–5 years of progressive fund accounting experience in the private equity or alternative investments space
• Hands-on experience with NAV, investor allocations, and capital activities
• CPA is preferred but not required
• 5–7+ years of fund accounting experience, including some review responsibilities
• CPA designation is required for this level
• An advanced understanding of valuation support, complex allocations, and process improvement

Experience with Yardi or similar platforms
