Job Description:

My client is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in fund accounting and strong familiarity with financial securities, including equities, options, futures, and bonds. As part of an Accounting team, you’ll contribute to financial operations that support the success of both corporate and client investments.

Job Responsibility:

Manage fund accounting processes and ensure accurate financial reporting
Reconcile and analyze all fund activities, including equities, options, futures, and bonds
Prepare financial statements in compliance with accounting standards
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of reports
Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.) to support reporting and analysis
Assist in audits, regulatory filings, and tax-related preparations as needed

Requirements:

3+ years of fund accounting experience
Strong knowledge of financial securities, including but not limited to equities, options, futures, and bonds
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Advanced Excel skills required (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF functions)
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
