Job Description:

The Senior Functional Consultant leads requirement gathering, solution designing, and functional mapping across Netsuite ERP modules. This role bridges business requirements with technical solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead functional discovery sessions with clients across departments such as Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Projects, Manufacturing, or CRM
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and solution designs
  • Configure Netsuite ERP modules according to best practices and business workflows
  • Validate technical deliverables (workflows, scripts, integrations) against requirements
  • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, test cases, SOPs, and training documentation
  • Provide user training, UAT oversight, and deployment support
  • Ensure cross‑module impact analysis and maintain solution integrity
  • Collaborate with Solution engineers to define scalable, future‑proof solutions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience (2–3 for exceptional talent) in Netsuite ERP functional consulting
  • Strong understanding of at least 2–3 business domains (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Manufacturing, SCM)
  • Working knowledge of Netsuite ERP system
  • Excellent communication and requirement‑gathering skills
  • Ability to manage client expectations and drive project success
