Job Responsibility:
Become an expert in the Workday Adaptive Planning product suite
Understand client business requirements, propose solutions, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, and assist the client in testing the solution
Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday Adaptive Planning
Complete the work assigned by the Engagement Manager within the budgeted time allocated
Collaborate with technology consultants to help configure and test integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and third-party or custom solutions
Configure integration with Workday Core Financials / HCM and support test
Understand Workday’s implementation methodology and apply it to all engagements
Ensure the client takes full advantage of Workday best practices
Ensure the client is referenceable once they are live in production through successful and high-quality implementation
Participate in update training and other events to share product expertise and skills with other consultants
Provide the Engagement Manager with regular status reports and keep them apprised of the overall project status
Requirements:
6+ years of experience implementing Enterprise EPM/CPM solutions as a consultant or customer implementing solutions such as Oracle EPM Cloud, CCH Tagetik, Anaplan, etc.
Previous consulting experience within a consulting or software company
Deep understanding and expertise in at least one of the following functional areas: FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis), Workforce Planning, Financial Consolidation
Business-level Japanese and advanced English proficiency
