Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java and ReactJS to lead full-cycle software development projects. This role involves technical leadership from planning to production delivery, ensuring high-quality, maintainable applications. The individual will guide the team on design, development, and best practices, while also contributing to innovation and continuous improvement.
