Job Description:

The full stack developer is primarily responsible for the technical development (in OutSystems) of the applications and reusable components.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading the tech build, including APIs / user experience, front and backend systems, data modules / platforms, and overall architecture in close collaboration with the Tech Lead and the Enterprise Architect
  • Acting as senior advisor to the teams to define the best technologies, tools and architectures for each project and venture
  • Partner with Product Owners to increase the impact of the ventures
  • Manage technical benchmarks to elaborate innovative solutions across web & API architectures
  • Identifying and systematically deploying best practices to ensure sustainable scalability of the applications
  • Maintenance of applications and related processes - monitoring of daily run, solving and fixing issues, deployment of updates/changes
  • Execution of Technical tests
  • Maintenance of all OutSystems environments (DEV, TST, PROD)
  • Development of changes in applications and related processes for new features and new clients including basic tests and creation of respective documentation and deployment
  • Perform systematic peer code reviews to ensure a high quality of the deliverables and promote a culture of sharing knowledge within the development team

Requirements:

  • Successful experience as a full stack OutSystems developer in a startup environment
  • Outstanding execution across frontend & backend environments
  • Highest level of professional and intellectual integrity
  • Can handle success and failure, positive feedback as well as critiques
  • 80/20, structured self-starter with strong drive
  • Can perform independently and deliver consistent quality work according to established best practices
  • Understanding of B2B trade is a plus, of trade credit insurance is a nice to have
  • Based in Europe timezone
